How to Refund Your Client

This article explains how to manually trigger a refund when an item gets canceled

When an item gets canceled from your Shopify store, Jetti will pick up automatically on the cancelation and have that reflected in the Jetti app. You will then need to manually trigger the refund to the client from your Shopify store.

To do this, sign in to your Shopify account and do the following:

  1. Click on the “Orders” tab
  2. Click on the order that the client needs a refund on. Click “refund” on the top of the page.
  3. Add the refund amount and reason and click on "Refund”
