There are a number of areas where Jetti may send data to an external service. For example, when syncing an order to a WooCommerce store. Or, pulling in inventory CSV files from a FTP server.
When doing this, your vendors or partners may ask for an IP address from Jetti. Our servers use a subset of the IP range of the underlying AWS EC2 instances.
The IPs in used Heroku at any given time are highly dynamic and likely to change over time. As such, you'll need to open up an IP range to the US-East. If you wanted to do this regardless you can find the published IP ranges from AWS here. Jetti makes use of the us-east-1 region.Back to API
